Jim is co-founder of Bradley Estes  Elementary Education Consultants.  A native of Arizona, he has three sons and two daughters.  Jim has spent the last  25 years of his professional career working in public schools as an elementary school Principal.  During that time he has helped hundreds of parents and children resolve a myriad of problems related to education.  He has a Bachelor of Fine Arts  in Music, and a Master's  in Counseling in Education. 

" During my 25 years as a school Administrator I have seen just about everything.  If kids came with an owners manual or if crystal balls really worked, parents and school personnel would find their jobs to be much easier.  It is my goal to use my unique personal and professional experiences to help parents and children be successful in school.  Every problem has a solution.  Every child is special and gifted in their own way.  Parents want the best for their children but often the best path is unclear.  It would be my honor to share with parents and children my knowledge, resources and unique way of solving complex problems."
